. Manage case referrals.

. Conduct intake assessments for referred clients based on the practice standards of the Code of Social Work Practice and Practice Guide.

. Refer clients to appropriate agencies for further intervention.

. Ensure proper documentation of referrals and intakes.

. Ensure reports are submitted in a timely manner.

COMMUNITY WORK & GROUP WORK

. Assist in implementation of community outreach / initiatives.

. Assist in implementation of groupwork sessions.

. Assist in administrative needs.

ADMIN

. Assist in facility management related functions.

. Assist in data management and reporting.

. Assist in other administrative functions tasked by Centre Management Team (CMT).
