Associate Site Civil Manager - MAINCON

Job Scope

• Manage and coordinate all site civil engineering activities, including site supervision, quality control, and health and safety compliance

• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and timely resolution of any issues

• Prepare detailed reports and documentation to track project progress and identify potential risks or challenges

• Provide technical guidance and support to the site team, ensuring all work is carried out in accordance with design specifications and relevant industry standards

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the company's civil engineering processes and procedures

• Mentor and develop junior members of the site team, fostering a positive and collaborative working environment

Requirements

• Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related field

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar site management role, preferably in the construction industry

• Project exposure in LTA, MRT or Tunnel is highly advantage.

• Excellent knowledge of civil engineering principles, construction methods, and project management techniques

• Proven ability to effectively manage multiple projects and competing priorities

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

• Familiarity with relevant regulations, codes, and safety standards applicable to the construction industry
