We deliver tangible results for global businesses, their investors, and stakeholders when complex problems arise, and critical decisions need to be made. Interpath is agile, independent, and conflict-free, and our passion for doing what's right, every time, sets us apart.

Our diverse teams provide specialist technical knowledge combined with deep sector experience across our service line specialisms. Since our foundation in 2021, Interpath has grown rapidly, and we now have a presence across the UK, Ireland, France, Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Spain, South Africa, Algeria, India, BVI, Cayman Islands, Bermuda, Barbados, Hong Kong and Singapore. By 2030 we aim to be one of the world's leading advisory firms with a truly global footprint.

Interpath's Singapore office, launched in 2026, presents a rare opportunity to join a newly established team within a well-established and fast-growing international advisory business.

Our Asia platform, launched in 2025, is led by a highly experienced Managing Director focused on building a significant Restructuring & Financial Advisory practice across the region. With a strong global footprint, Interpath brings deep cross-border expertise while remaining highly attuned to the nuances of local markets, enabling us to deliver tailored, practical solutions to complex business challenges.

As an Associate / Senior Associate, you will work across a broad range of Restructuring, Advisory and Insolvency engagements, with exposure to wider specialisms across the business. Our work includes:

  • Options analysis to support stakeholders in making informed strategic decisions
  • Cash flow forecasting and ongoing cash management

As part of an international team, you will also gain exposure to high-profile advisory and insolvency mandates across the region, working closely with colleagues across multiple jurisdictions.

Do the right thing - Our comfort zone is uncomfortable. We always make the right decision, not simply what is easy or popular.

All hands on deck - stand shoulder-to-shoulder with colleagues and clients, be that physically or from afar. Our individual expertise may find the answers, but implementation happens though teamwork.

Passion drives success - The impossible is always possible. We push the boundaries of what is expected because we're never satisfied with the status quo. Our clients expect the right result when they engage with us, and it's only by delivering this that we win.

Embrace different - cultures to mindsets, we welcome all. We believe that people are equal, but not the same.
