Perform routine configuration tasks to ensure live events run smoothly and meet specifications
Collaborate with QA teams to test and verify the accuracy of completed configurations
Work closely with game developers to troubleshoot issues identified during testing
Coordinate updates and maintenance for game client versions
Track bugs and collaborate with relevant teams to resolve them
Automate and enhance configuration tools to improve efficiency and accuracy
Troubleshoot and diagnose configuration or network issues to ensure a smooth player experience

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in any field
Proven project management skills with the ability to organize and coordinate resources effectively
Strong teamwork and communication skills, able to collaborate closely with developers and business teams
Solid data analysis skills with the ability to derive actionable insights
Willingness to travel regularly between Shanghai and Singapore
Proficiency in SQL is a plus
Familiarity with various AI tools and their application in operational workflows is a plus
Experience in developing automation tools or scripts is a plus
