Job Summary

Lead architectural design and project execution for diverse projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and quality standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients to deliver innovative solutions while managing project progress, contracts, and BIM processes.

Requirements

  • Minimum years of experience: 8 years for Associate 10 years for Senior Associate at least 5 years local project experience
  • Experience in managing SIA or other forms of contracts
  • Knowledgeable with local permitting process and latest codes
  • Singapore BOA license holder is an advantage knowledge in other regional countries building codes
  • Willing to travel to attend meetings and visit projects


Responsibilities

  • Lead the architectural design and provide expert input to ensure project objectives are met with high-quality outcomes.
  • Collaborate with Project Director, Associate Director, Technical Director, and project teams to align design and technical execution.
  • Manage day-to-day project activities including preparing design presentations, submitting documentation to authorities, and handling project correspondence to maintain smooth workflow.
  • Proactively identify and resolve non-conformities and product quality issues by recommending and implementing effective solutions.
  • Ensure full implementation of the Integrated Management System for each project and maintain comprehensive Job Records.
  • Liaise effectively with client representatives to address project-related issues and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
  • Monitor contract progress and billing status to ensure timely and accurate financial management.
  • Serve as BIM Manager by overseeing BIM processes, providing training, and coordinating project interfaces to optimize digital workflows.
  • Report design and technical matters to the Project Director to support informed decision-making.
  • Direct technical staff in design documentation, ensuring compliance with building regulations and timely submission of required forms, plans, and information to authorities.
  • Coordinate with other consultants and lead project and site meetings, including inspections, to ensure project alignment and quality control.
  • Guide Senior Project Executives in organizing and preparing construction documents and drawings to meet project specifications.
  • Administer contract-related activities by liaising with suppliers and contractors, reviewing design submissions, consultants and contractors shop drawings, and providing constructive feedback without approval authority.
  • Oversee information management by directing technical staff and secretaries to maintain accurate and organized project data.

Skills:

  • Manage architectural projects by coordinating design, documentation, and regulatory submissions to achieve project milestones.
  • Administer contracts by monitoring progress, coordinating with contractors and suppliers, and managing billing processes.
  • Utilize Revit software to develop and manage BIM models, train team members, and integrate BIM workflows across projects.
