Job Description

We are recruiting for a Southeast Asia regional platform with a strong backing by a well-established and institutional name.

Reporting to the CEO directly, you will be servicing existing limited partners (LPs), coordinating investor reporting and communications, and supporting the firm's fundraising efforts.

You will support the CEO in investor relationships and fundraising by preparing the materials, managing the process, keeping investors informed, and being a reliable, credible point of contact for the day-to-day communications.

Some of your key responsibilities are:

Investor Servicing & Communications

  • Act as a day-to-day point of contact for existing LPs, responding to queries promptly, accurately and professionally.
  • Own the investor communications calendar by coordinating and packaging quarterly and annual reports, capital call and distribution notices, and investor letters
  • Prepare clear, high-quality investor updates and presentations.

Fundraising Support

  • Work with the deal team to prepare and maintain fundraising materials
  • Support Due Diligence Questionnaires (DDQs) and respond to prospective investor requests with substance and precision.
  • Set up and manage data rooms for ongoing and prospective raises.
  • Research and map target investors institutions, insurers, family offices, sovereign and pension capital and track them through a structured pipeline.

Onboarding & Data Management

  • Coordinate new investor onboarding, including KYC/AML and subscription documentation, working with Compliance.
  • Maintain investor database and keep all investor interactions accurately logged.

Events

  • Organize the Annual General Meeting (AGM), investor updates, and related events.

Requirements:

  • You have about 5-8 years of experience in real assets, including prior experience underwriting real-asset investments as a strong preference.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; able to produce polished, investor ready materials with high numerical fluency.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability
  • Poise, professionalism, and high EQ for direct, client-facing engagement with sophisticated investors.
  • Comfort operating in a lean, high ownership environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel frequently across Southeast Asia.
