Associate/Senior Associate, Corporate Finance

Role Description

This is a part-time on-site role based in Singapore for an Associate/Senior Associate in Corporate Finance. The role involves supporting financial modeling, conducting in-depth financial analysis, performing due diligence on potential business opportunities, and preparing reports to support strategic decision-making. The individual will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational financial objectives and provide insights that contribute to business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong Analytical Skills with a demonstrated ability to interpret and evaluate complex data
• Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Financial Analysis techniques
• Solid understanding of Finance concepts, with experience in corporate finance operations
• Experience conducting Due Diligence for investments, acquisitions, or partnerships
• Detail-oriented and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• Relevant certifications such as CFA or CPA are a plus
• Prior experience in a similar role is highly desirable
