We are currently inviting applications for the following positions.

Salary range : $7,000 to $10,000

Senior Associate / Associate (Corporate Advisory)

Requirements:

. Qualified Advocate and Solicitor of Singapore (admission to other common law jurisdictions will also be considered).

. 1 to 5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) with solid exposure to corporate M&A and general commercial work.

. Strong expertise in contract drafting, negotiation and legal research.

. Ability to manage files independently and provide guidance to junior lawyers.

. Capable of working well under pressure and handling multiple assignments efficiently.

. Self-motivated with a proactive and positive attitude.

Senior Associate / Associate (Corporate Finance)

Requirements:

. Admission to the Singapore Bar (admission to other common law jurisdiction(s) will be considered).

. 2 to 5 years PQE with solid corporate finance experience including initial public offerings, public and private M&A transactions and other corporate transaction.

. Good contract drafting, negotiation and research skills.

. Ability to work well under pressure and multi-task efficiently and

. Self-driven approach and positive attitude.

Senior Associate / Associate (Dispute Resolution)

Requirements:

. You are a Singapore-qualified lawyer with a good honours degree in law from a recognized university.

. 1 to 5 years Post Qualification Experience in litigation and/or arbitration.

. Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

. Be responsible, meticulous and motivated.

. Able to work independently and as a team in complex and high value litigation and arbitration matters.

. Ability to read and communicate in Chinese would be an added advantage but proficiency in business or legal Chinese is not required.
