Job Purpose
We are seeking a strategic and dynamic professional to support the CEO in driving organizational excellence and achieving corporate objectives. This role requires a highly organized and influential professional with a keen ability to navigate complex business challenges, foster cross-functional collaboration, and ensure the seamless execution of the CEO's vision. This individual will serve as a trusted advisor to the CEO, playing a pivotal role in managing priorities, fostering effective communication, and driving key initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
(a) Strategic Partnership
- Act as a strategic partner to the CEO, understanding the priorities and proactively aligning efforts to drive organizational success.
- Collaborate with the relevant business heads to execute strategic initiatives and ensure consistent communication across departments.
- Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems before they arise.
(b) Executive Support
- Prepare agendas, presentations, reports, and briefing materials.
- Take meeting notes and summarize key decisions and action plans.
- Handle confidential information with the highest level of discretion.
- Maintain organized records, documents, and files.
(c) Project Management and Execution
- Lead and manage key projects, ensuring timely and successful completion of initiatives aligned with the CEO's vision.
- Drive cross-functional collaboration, facilitating communication and coordination among various departments.
(d) Decision Support
- Provide critical analysis and insights to support the CEO in decision-making processes.
- Conduct research, prepare reports, and provide recommendations on key business matters as relevant.
(e) Stakeholder Management
- Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders, representing the CEO's office with professionalism and integrity.
- Collaborate with the relevant stakeholders to coordinate interactions and engagements.
Key Qualifications & Experience
- Master's degree in Business Administration.
- Proficient in using AI-powered tools to improve efficiency, optimize workflows, and support data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional organizational and proven success in project management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build consensus.
- Strong project reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication.
- Excellent Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) skills.
- Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives.
- Analytical mindset and the ability to provide strategic insights.
- High level of discretion, confidentiality, and integrity.
- Extremely versatile, dedicated to efficient productivity.
