CFO Assist is a boutique Corporate Advisory firm based in Singapore. Established in 2009, our purpose is to partner entrepreneurs, business builders, makers and creators to grow their enterprises. Our expertise steers businesses in various corporate activities including fund-raising, M&A, restructuring, IPO, corporate strategy, financial management and compliance.

We are seeking talented finance professionals to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for candidates who are excited by the prospects of joining a fast-growing firm, with varied projects and being a part of a small and nimble team in Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia and Dubai.

In this role, you will support the Managers and leadership team in executing projects and jobs in our Corporate Advisory and Financial Management and Corporate Support division.

The ideal candidate will have the following attributes:

• Degree / Diploma in Finance & Accounting or currently pursuing professional Accounting qualification leading to CPA, CA
• At ease with figures and data
• Detail-oriented, highly analytical, independent and has excellent problem-solving skills
• Creative and willing to challenge status quo
• Thrive in fast-paced, fluid environment
• Excellent communicator
• Digitally agile, with a strong aptitude for adopting and applying AI tools to solve business problems
• At minimum, 3 years of relevant working experience with a Big 4
• Work travel is a must
