Job Description

  • Support origination and execution initiatives to support the growth of the firm's TMT business in the region.
  • Work together with colleagues in DCM, ECM, M&A Advisory, Acquisition Finance, Project Finance etc.
  • Create comprehensive presentation materials/pitch books to market opportunities to clients.
  • Develop relationships with country bankers, other industry bankers around the world, product bankers.
  • Constantly expand knowledge of sector and financing markets through external and internal networking and research.

Requirements


  • Minimum of 2-4 years of corporate finance experience (principally across financial advisory, debt and equity financing) preferably developed at an investment bank, advisory firm or accounting firm.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, as well as an understanding of financial markets and products.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or related disciplines is a minimum requirement for applicants, while MBA or Post-Graduate qualifications in Finance or CFA accreditation would be highly desirable.
