Work Schedule

Standard (Mon-Fri)

Environmental Conditions

Laboratory Setting, Office, Some degree of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) required (safety glasses, gowning, gloves, lab coat, ear plugs etc.)

Responsibilities

  • Deliver lab studies and customer projects with outstanding impact
  • Write and present lab study reports to internal collaborators and customers, ensuring clarity and accuracy
  • Collaborate with FAS to engage customers technically, focusing on BDC capabilities and study findings
  • Partner with Facility and Engineering departments to schedule timely site and equipment maintenance and calibration, ensuring excellent operational readiness
  • Draft and review SOPs, Work Instructions, and Risk Assessments
  • Order laboratory, training, and pantry supplies as needed
  • Provide general administrative and logistical support for BDC projects, meetings, trainings, and events, including maintaining activity logs and regular postings to employee communication platforms
  • Maintain high housekeeping standards for BDC site to improve customer experience, including IT devices and updated marketing collaterals
  • Conduct safety and administrative briefings for customers attending training courses
  • Adhere strictly to all applicable Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) requirements, ensuring a safe and compliant workplace

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or similar fields. Recent graduates are encouraged to submit their applications.
  • Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Biotechnology, Life Sciences, or a related field with 1-2 years of experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharmaceutical sector
  • Experience working in a laboratory or GMP environment is preferred
  • Proven working knowledge of MS Office Suite and database systems
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Ability to learn quickly, adapt to constant changing demands, and work independently
