Key Responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and maintain relationships with ship owners and key decision-makers.
- Drive new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
- Present and promote our solutions based on value propositions, not price competition.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs set by the management team.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
Requirements
- Industry Network: Established connections with ship owners and operators.
- Sales Mindset: Proven track record as a hunter with strong business development skills.

- Minimum 5 years of experience in maritime, shipping, or related industries.
