Working closely with marketing and sales teams, you'll play a crucial role in shaping the customer pipeline. From researching target organizations to engaging prospects through calls and emails, you'll help turn opportunities into long-term partnerships.
As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:
Using contact acquisition tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator and ZoomInfo to identify new prospects.
Utilizing CRM systems to manage leads, track opportunities, and maintain accurate sales data.
Analyzing and preparing organizational reports for strategic accounts to support targeted marketing and outreach efforts.
Developing lead qualification and engaging prospects through calls, emails, and chat systems.
Completing enablement courses to build expertise in product offerings and prepare for the next career step in Sales.
To be successful in this role, you will:
Be a self-starter with high energy and an interest in transitioning or growing within sales.
Have 6 Months to 3 years of experience in Sales, Business Development, or as a Sales Analyst.
Possess prior experience or understanding of IT Security and Cloud Computing or any industry
Have strong analytical and communication skills to identify business needs and pre-qualify opportunities.
Be comfortable conducting online research and leveraging digital tools and software for prospecting.
Enjoy working collaboratively within a team and have a desire to grow within the organization.
Be fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
