Responsibilities
- Assist senior consultants in sales development and implementation to achieve business objectives.
- Support relationship-building efforts with private bankers, wealth planners, and referral partners under guidance.
- Prepare and submit insurance applications accurately and liaise with insurers to ensure timely processing.
- Maintain proper documentation, tracking, and records for applications and policies.
- Coordinate case management activities, including medical examinations, logistics for new leads, and onboarding processes.
- Prepare insurance forms, policy contracts, and related documentation.
- Handle policy servicing matters such as reimbursements, enquiries, and post-sales support.
- Respond professionally to enquiries from internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop knowledge of insurance products, services, and banks credit procedures.
- Participate in training programmes and contribute to process improvements.
Requirement
- 3-5 years of experience in banking, insurance, wealth management, or related financial services.
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent).
- Exposure to insurance administration, policy servicing, case management, or sales support is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Performance-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluent in verbal and written English.
- Proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese is an added advantage for liaising with Mandarin/Cantonese-speaking clients and stakeholders.
