Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Litigation Associate role based in Singapore. The Associate will be responsible for handling legal cases, providing client advisory services, conducting research, drafting legal documents, and supporting senior lawyers with litigation and transactional matters. Additionally, the Associate will build strong client relationships, ensure compliance with legal standards, and contribute to innovative and strategic solutions to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• Thorough understanding of laws and regulations, including Corporate laws, Litigation, Dispute Resolution, and Compliance
• Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills to handle complex legal matters
• Proficiency in legal writing, negotiation, and advocacy
• Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement abilities
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Law and admission to the Singapore Bar or an equivalent legal qualification
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to innovative legal solutions
