Job Description

• Drive store sales performance and meet monthly and annual revenue targets.
• Deliver a premium customer experience through personalised service and product expertise.
• Handle VIP customers, high-value transactions, and after-sales support.
• Manage customer feedback, complaints, and service recovery when needed.
• Oversee daily store opening, closing, cash handling, and administrative processes.
• Ensure the store is clean, well-presented, and compliant with brand visual standards.
• Execute in-store promotions, seasonal campaigns, and special events.
• Identify local opportunities to increase footfall and customer engagement.
• Ensure adherence to SOPs, retail regulations, and jewellery industry standards.
• Maintain a safe working environment for customers and staff.

Requirements

• Diploma in Business, Retail Management, Marketing, or related fields.
• More than 2 years retail experience
• Experience in jewellery, luxury retail, or high-end customer service is highly advantageous.
