Key Responsibilities
- Lead proposal development, research design, and pricing strategy.
- Oversee end-to-end project execution, ensuring timelines, quality standards, and client objectives are met.
- Develop robust analysis plans and deliver high-impact reports with clear strategic recommendations.
- Present confidently to senior client stakeholders and lead strategic discussions.
- Oversee data visualization and storytelling standards
- Integrate AI tools into research frameworks to enhance efficiency and insight depth.
- Guide quantitative studies, incorporating AI-assisted analytics where relevant.
- Mentor and coach team members; support performance management and resource planning.
- Attend discussions with Operation and Data Processing teams to set the stage for complex studies
- Monitor progress on project management related issues.
Requirements
- 8–12 years experience in market research, insights, or consulting.
- Strong expertise in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies.
- Experience applying AI tools in research workflows.
- Strong commercial acumen and client-facing experience.
