Job Description:
- Identify growth opportunities and cost optimisation levers, and contribute to the development and execution of strategies that drive business impact
- Conduct structured quantitative and qualitative analyses to solve complex business challenges and support decision-making
- Research industry trends, user behaviours, and competitor best practices to inform internal strategies
- Support key commercial functions (e.g., marketing, category management, operations, partnerships) by refining strategic plans, performance frameworks, and reporting processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams across regional and local markets to monitor key performance metrics, diagnose root causes, and implement improvement initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree and above in any discipline
- For fresh graduates, expected graduation by July 2026
- Prior internship or project experience in strategy, business operations, e-commerce, consulting, or startups is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured and logical mindset
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and breaking down complex problems into clear action plans
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across diverse teams
- Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint required; familiarity with SQL or data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau) is a plus
