Role Overview

The Associate Recruitment Officer supports the Employment Agency's blue-collar recruitment operations. This role is suitable for individuals early in their recruitment career who are keen to learn end-to-end recruitment, sales, and work permit processing for sectors such as construction workers and domestic helpers.

Key Responsibilities

. Support blue-collar recruitment activities, including sourcing and placement of workers such as construction workers and domestic helpers.

. Conduct sales and marketing activities to engage employing companies and individual employers.

. Enter into contractual agreements with employing companies and employers under guidance.

. Manage work permit applications and all necessary follow-ups until workers are successfully handed over to employing companies.

. Coordinate closely with internal team members to ensure smooth recruitment and deployment processes.

. Maintain timely and professional communication with employers, workers, and internal stakeholders.

Requirements

. CEI (KAH) certification is mandatory with 0 to 1 year of experience in blue-collar recruitment (e.g.construction workers, domestic helpers) is preferred.

. Comfortable communicating in the necessary languages to engage employing companies and workers.

. Strong willingness to conduct sales, recruitment, and work permit processes.

. Positive attitude with a Never-Say-Die mindset.

. Able to communicate clearly, internally and externally, and respond promptly.

. Comfortable in remote or WFH work arrangements

. Comfortable in arrangements of flexible earnings close more deals = earn more!
