Associate Psychologist (Research) | Contract

Work location: Thomson Road
Working hours: Monday to Friday office hours
Salary: $4200 per month

1 year contract

Job Scope:

• Develop and implement research projects, including conduct literature reviews and data analysis
• Facilitate focus groups, perform data entry, and transcribe audio/video recordings
• Draft reports and conduct presentations on research findings to stakeholders
• Set up databases and data visualisation dashboards for research and operational insights
• Collaborate with other psychologists and social workers to explore innovative practices and technology to enhance professional practice
• Assist with programming scripts to help automate work processes

Requirements:

• Degree in Psychology or related fields
• Good knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies
• Good understanding of intermediate-level statistical analyses
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
• Understanding of basic programming
• Good interpersonal, written and oral communication skills
