The Associate Psychologist assist in the provision of holistic psychological services that are caregiver/client-focused to the clientele of the assigned AWWA program and/or organisation/s
Assist in managing, coordinating, and conducting formal and informal psychological assessments under supervision
Assist in preparing assessment reports with scoring and interpretation of results
Attend and assist with case discussions, placement meetings, and case conference meetings as well as chair these meetings when necessary
Assist in formulating, implementing and evaluating evidence-based, data-driven programmes or intervention plans in collaboration with teams
Empower client and caregiver on methods to enhance health and functioning through self-management strategies
Assist in the delivery psychoeducational programs and rehabilitation workshops for clients, caregivers, colleagues and other stakeholders
Perform data collection and analysis to support research
Adhere to professional standards in clinical, legal, ethical, health and safety practices
Other Responsibilities
To assist in ad-hoc projects/committees as and when required by the Head of Psychology
To perform any other duties as directed by the Program Head / Director

Job Specifications
Minimum Education / Qualifications
Bachelors (with honours) in Psychology from an accredited university with at least 1-2 years of relevant work experience.
They will work under the supervision of a qualified psychologist for at least 2 years.
