The Associate Project Manager (Complex Project) is responsible for supporting the planning, execution, and delivery of large-scale, multifaceted projects within the organisation. Working under the guidance of a senior project manager or project director, this role focuses on coordinating cross-functional teams, managing project timelines, and ensuring that project objectives are met efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Coordination: Assist in the development of comprehensive project plans that detail scope, milestones, deliverables, and resource allocation for complex projects.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather requirements, communicate progress, and address issues or risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Timeline and Resource Management: Monitor project schedules, track deliverables, and ensure resources are allocated effectively to meet deadlines.
- Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks and issues, contribute to mitigation strategies, and escalate critical concerns as necessary.

Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination or project management, preferably within complex or large-scale environments.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with proven ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
