Job Description

Your Key Roles & Responsibilities Include

  • Support Project Managers for an end-to-end project implementation of a regional payment system, including planning, execution, monitoring and release.
  • Support Project Planning activities, including preparing timelines, schedules, status reports, and documentation.
  • Track project tasks, dependencies, risks, and issues under the guidance of project managers.
  • Working with BAs and help manage and coordinate activities throughout the SDLC, including requirements gathering, Testing (UAT), Training, etc.
  • Leading change management efforts to ensure smooth transition and adoption of new systems and procedures
  • Building and maintaining relationships with stakeholders, including executive management, to ensure project alignment with organizational priorities

RequirementsWhat You Should Have


  • At least 3 years of experiences in banking payment operation, preferably in corporate banking
  • Good understanding of payment processes, clearing systems, instant payments, cross-border payments (SWFIT), RTGS, etc.
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Business, Information Technology, Finance, or related field.
  • Experience in system related project (as project members or end users) is a must.
  • Prior experiences in the implementation of Finastra GPP will be advantageous
  • Strong analytical, problem- solving and decision making skills
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to adapt to changes
  • Experience in core banking system projects including transaction processing systems, accounting system, etc. from user side will be advantageous.
  • Willingness to undertake travel within the APAC region
