Associate Project Manager role provide technical project management services to support a MNC Bank's security and facilities projects throughout Customer's portfolio, managing defined scopes of work on projects from inception through completion.
Responsibilities:
1. Provide regular, holistic, single source of truth updates for other teams and stakeholders to ensure the accurate status of each project.
2. Manage integrated project schedule including dependencies to/from related projects (IT and facilities).
3. Manage vendor/external project managers to ensure all projects are delivered on time and on budget, using compassionate escalation when necessary.
4. Communicate and seek approval of project concept, drawings, and finishes keep stakeholders informed of progress
5. Coordinate the activities of the project teams and assist in design/construction conflict resolutions or value engineering when/where necessary
6. Complete design review with stakeholders ahead of work orders being placed
7. Prior to the start of any project, the Project Manager will:
8. Monitoring of the procurement schedule throughout the project's duration to ensure that technology components are ordered in a timely manner
9. Manage project delivery: coordinate with internal and external parties (ex: General Contractors, cabling contractors, network engineers)
10. Identify project milestones and track project deliverables using appropriate tools.
11. Responsible for facilitating project team meetings effectively, holding regular status meetings and/or calls to communicate relevant project information.
12. Ability to communicate difficult/sensitive information tactfully, resolving and/or escalating issues in a timely fashion.
13. Coordinate and manage change order requests to achieve project goals/milestones.
