The Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Project Director/Senior Project Manager to join our talented team. You will lead high-profile projects, oversee end-to-end project delivery, and ensure seamless execution while maintaining ID21's commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery within budget and scope.
- Coordinate with clients, architects, designers, contractors, consultants and stakeholders to align project objectives.
- Deliver compelling presentations and pitch project proposals to clients and stakeholders to secure approvals and buy-in.
- Develop and monitor project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
- Mentor team members and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Drive client satisfaction through proactive communication and problem-solving.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Building and Construction, Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
- Minimum 8-10 years of experience in project management, preferably in interior design, architecture, or construction.
- Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills, with excellent presentation and pitching abilities.
- Proficiency in project management tools.
- Knowledge of Singapore's building codes and regulations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, creative environment.
