Develop and implement new product pipeline strategies, including pre-launch and launch strategies, and post-launch initiatives for sustained growth.
Collaborate with Principals, Medical Manager, and Commercial team to develop a comprehensive product training plan.
Formulate brand strategies for the product range, including market penetration strategies and competitive intelligence analysis, and provide timely responses to internal and external stakeholders.
Analyze research data and customer feedback to identify market trends, competitors, and opportunities for product enhancement and innovation.
Define and execute strategic marketing plans, including implementing marketing initiatives and campaigns, and regularly assess and measure their efficacy and success.
Collaborate with the cross-functional team to map out the products strategic goals, priorities, and plans.
Engage with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) for the various product lines and collaborate with the clinical, sales, and training teams as needed.
Arrange and deliver training sessions to the local distributors field sales teams, ensuring they possess the necessary scientific and communication skills to achieve sales goals.
Manage distributor relationships and ensure effective communication and collaboration.
