We are partnering with a leading organisation to hire a Product Manager (Associate) to support the delivery and ongoing management of an enterprise digital platform. This role sits at the intersection of business and technology, focusing on backlog management, delivery coordination, and production support across both non-production and live environments.
Support product delivery through backlog grooming, prioritisation, and requirement clarification
Translate business needs into user stories and actionable tasks with engineering teams
Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives)
Track delivery progress, dependencies, and risks across sprints and releases
Coordinate with stakeholders during deployments, incidents, and operational changes
Support production operations, including go-lives, incident response, and post-release reviews
Ensure all changes comply with governance, security, and audit requirements
Experience supporting IT product delivery in structured environments
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and backlog management
Ability to work closely with developers, infrastructure, and operations teams
Exposure to production support, including deployments and incident coordination
Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders
Willingness to support after-hours deployments or critical incidents when required
