- Shape creative concepts with directors & writers
- Manage resources and mentor Assistant Producers
- Run the set, solve problems on the fly, and steer postproduction to delivery
What you bring
- 2+yrs production experience with handson project ownership
- Proven track record of delivering on time & on budget
- Strong client, vendor & crew management skills
- Financial savvy and solid grasp of production workflows
- Calm, decisive, and solutionsoriented under pressure
