Position Summary
The Operations & Services team liaises with Bank customers on a daily basis for the execution of instructions tasked by the Banks, as well as on the production statuses of the Banks inventories and User Acceptance Testing.
Key Responsibilities
- Daily coordination between Bank customers and internal Production
- Reporting of card statuses and inventory levels to the banks
- Preparation of monthly billing reports
- Participate in monthly Service Level meetings with the banks and/ or card stock take with the banks
- Attend project meetings with the banks
- Participate in negotiation discussions with the banks
- Management of card inventory in production
- Ensure timeliness and accuracy in all scopes of work
Requirements
- Min. Diploma qualification
- Good communication skills
- Meticulous and able to work with internal & external stakeholders
- Proficient Microsoft Excel and Word
- Comfortable working in production setting
- 5.5 days alternate Saturdays
