Role Summary

We are looking for an Operations Associate with previous Start-Up, FinTech or Banking experience to join us.

Duties & Responsibilities include but not limited to the following:

• Responsible for client onboarding, collection, and verification of confidential client data.
• Understand the organisation's Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements when completing documentation including customer identification, due diligence.
• Conduct Exchange market monitoring to ensure the Exchange's markets are run in a fair, orderly and transparent manner.
• Operate the trading and settlement of the Exchange's contracts in a timely manner.
• Active participation in the ongoing effort to improve on the systems and processes to handle new requirements.
• Working closely with the technology team to establish test cases and participate in UAT for platform's functionality and resilience.
• Design and continuous updating of standard operating materials to document operations end-to-end process flows,
• Identify opportunities for process improvements
• Work closely with internal teams to meet business requirements.

Requirements:

• Diploma/Degree in Banking, Business, Finance, Economics or equivalent.
• At least 4 years (Associate) of experience in Exchange, Banking, Trading or Brokerage Operations.
• Familiar with Financial Markets in either Securities, Derivatives, Bonds or Digital Assets.
• Strong knowledge in Market Infrastructures, Regulations & Operational Risks.
• Ability to articulate and be meticulous with an analytical and intuitively inquisitive mind-set.
• Competent in using Microsoft Office Suites.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
