As an Associate NOC Support Engineer, you will support the engineering and operations teams in monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing the performance of ExpressVPN's global network. This role is ideal for early-career professionals passionate about networking technologies, cloud infrastructure, and cybersecurity principles. Key Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring network health, performance, and availability across ExpressVPN's global infrastructure.
- Respond to alerts and assist in identifying, troubleshooting, and resolving network incidents.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to document standard operating procedures (SOPs) and incident playbooks.
- Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to after-hours incident response as needed.
Qualifications
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, Network Engineering, or a related field.
Technical Skills
- Good understanding of networking concepts.
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools (e.g., Nagios, Zabbix, Grafana) or willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working with Linux/Unix systems.
- Exposure to cloud environments (AWS or GCP) is desirable.
