Job Description

This is a dual role that reports into the Head of Strategy and Head of Marketing. This is a rare opportunity for exposure across a variety of workstreams and to deliver impact for an organisation in its next stage of growth.

We are looking for an independent operator who thrives on the edge and is comfortable juggling multiple responsibilities. You will interact with potential customers in following up on leads, playing a key role in the success of client events, and assisting with strategy formulation and stakeholder engagement. Most importantly: you want to be exposed to different tasks and experiences, and are deeply curious about technology, people, and the organisation.

Duties & responsibilities

  • Conduct outbound calls and personalized email follow-ups to prospects who have engaged with recent marketing campaigns, webinars, or industry events.
  • Engage in discovery conversations to understand potential clients needs and determine their level of interest in our service offerings.
  • Assist the broader marketing team in the execution of events and digital campaigns to ensure a seamless hand-off from lead capture to lead follow-up.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to transition qualified opportunities and ensure no lead is left cold.
  • Own and drive strategic workstreams in partnership with the Head of Strategy to define and execute workstreams that determine the future direction of the company. These may include:
  • Commercial strategy
  • Organisational strategy
  • Corporate development (investments, M&A)
  • Strategic partnerships
  • Develop clear and effective materials to management and stakeholders, including reports, presentation slides and data sheets
  • Researching and analysing market reports, financial data, technology and industry trends that would be required to develop Ensign's priorities and direction
  • Performing other relevant duties as assigned

Key qualifications

  • Undergraduate degree with 1 to 3 years of experience
  • Problem-solving: ability to think in a structured way, interpret data, develop insights
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English
  • Strong stakeholder management skills: able to confidently interact with both external and internal parties such as clients, colleagues and partners
  • Self-starter who can operate independently, with strong organisation capabilities & time management
  • Comfort with ambiguity, and ability to navigate and pivot as needed
  • Proficiency with PowerPoint, Excel, and relevant AI tools
  • Growth mindset and proactive ownership over your own career development
