Responsibilities
- Conduct primary and secondary research, including competitive analysis on offerings, market positioning, and financial performance
- Evaluate potential opportunities for acquisitions, divestitures, and strategic partnerships
- Perform data analysis to generate insights and recommendations, including financial modeling and cost-benefit analysis
- Develop go-to-market strategies and prepare business plans and presentation materials for board meetings
- Conceptualize and create marketing, training, and investment materials
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a management or strategy consultant for Associate Manager level minimum 7 years for Manager level
- Proficiency in Japanese for liaising with Japanese-speaking clients and stakeholders
- Strong business proficiency in English
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Results-driven, proactive, and a strong team player in a dynamic environment
- Open-minded and eager to gain exposure across diverse services and industries
- Self-starter with high energy and attention to detail
