Job Description

Be in front of challenges. Lead, innovate, and empower with us.

The People, Performance & Culture (PPC) team is at the heart of making KPMG a great place to work. We implement best-practice programs to attract, recruit, develop, and retain the best and brightest talents. Our team drives the full HR spectrum—from recruitment and manpower planning to performance and talent management and staff communications.

We are looking for a dynamic relationship builder and collaborator to join us as a HR Business Partner (HRBP). In this role, you will partner with our business leaders to shape the people agenda and deliver impactful people services that enable success.

What you will do

Strategic People Partnership

Partner closely with business leaders and internal COEs to co-develop and execute forward-looking people strategies that support business goals. Demonstrate business acumen and anticipate workforce challenges to provide insights that drive talent and capability building.

Leverage data analysis to identify trends, interpret large datasets, and deliver accurate, actionable insights within tight timelines.

Employee Relations and Advisory

Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and employees, offering guidance on performance, conduct and complex people matters. Promote a fair, respectful and inclusive workplace culture by proactively addressing employee concerns or escalations with professionalism.

Employee Engagement and Communication

Drive meaningful engagement initiatives that enhance employee experience across employee lifecycle. Facilitate open, transparent and timely communication between leadership and employees, shaping messaging that builds trust, clarity and alignment.

Stakeholder Engagement

Build strong and credible relationships with key stakeholders to align people strategies with business priorities. Influence leadership decisions through data-driven insights with strong understanding of talent landscape and dynamics.

Governance and Compliance

Ensure compliance with local employment laws, regulatory requirements and firm policies. Provide practical guidance on HR best practices while upholding integrity and confidentiality.

What we are looking for

  • At least 4 – 7 years of HR experience, including 2 years in a business partnering role.
  • A bachelor's degree with strong foundation in data analytics to translate insights into practical recommendations.
  • Proven experience handling large datasets, performing accurate analysis under tight timelines.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills, with the confidence to engage leaders at all levels.
  • Strong project management capabilities, meticulous and attention to detail.
  • A proactive, solution-oriented mindset – someone who is not afraid to challenge the status quo.
