CyberSecurity Management

This module introduces students to cybersecurity management concepts using the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability (CIA) triad, which is a popular model designed to guide policies for information security in an organisation. Topics include CIA model, techniques to protect confidentiality of documents, verifying integrity of documents and ensuring availability of data and information systems. This module will help students to understand basic cybersecurity concepts and develop security consciousness that allow them to appreciate the importance of security, develop an understanding of security concepts and apply the knowledge acquired to their workplace.

Job Requirements:

-A Ph.D or Master's Degree in related discipline from a reputable university

-5 years of relevant work experience in the domain area

-At least 2 years of relevant online teaching experience at the tertiary level

-Familiar with learning management systems and online learning tools

-Strong interpersonal, presentation and written and verbal communication skills

-Experience working or teaching in a multicultural or diverse environment is highly preferred
