Responsibilities:
- Supporting foreign clients in their business activities and investments in Japan
- Drafting and reviewing commercial contracts in connection with our foreign clients business activities and investments in Japan;
- Providing legal advice in connection with our foreign clients business activities and investments in Japan;
- Conducting legal research for Japan's law matters;
- Supporting Japanese-speaking clients in their business activities and investments in South-East Asia countries; and
- Liaising with our Japanese-speaking clients and local lawyers.
Requirements:
[Must]
- Admitted to practice law;
- Knowledge and experience in legal matters and business practices in Japan; and
- 7-10 years PQE as an attorney
