Your Responsibilities
- Assist in residential, commercial, and industrial conveyancing matters.
- Prepare and review legal documents, contracts, and correspondence.
- Conduct title searches, due diligence, and statutory filings.
- Liaise with clients, financial institutions, developers, and relevant authorities.
- Manage conveyancing transactions from instruction to completion with guidance from senior lawyers.
- Ensure matters are handled in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
What We're Looking For
- Called to the Singapore Bar and qualified as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
- 0-2 years PQE (Freshly called lawyers are welcome to apply).
- A genuine interest in building a career in Conveyancing & Property Law.
- Strong communication, organisational, and client management skills.
- Meticulous, responsible, and eager to learn.
