About the Chandler Governance Group
The Chandler Governance Group (CGG) is a mission-driven organisation headquartered in Singapore. We are a small organisation, and we work collectively, collaboratively, and entrepreneurially. We aim to get things right the first time, but we are also prepared to adapt quickly when experience shows that something needs to change.
Our mission is to improve public sector governance and build strong nations around the world. We believe that when governments are effective and responsive, they earn the trust of citizens and businesses, which in turn supports investment, work, and national development.
CGG works with governments in Africa, Asia, Latin America and the Middle East to build public sector capability and leadership through technical projects, practical knowledge creation and sharing, and related advisory work. Examples of this work include the design, enhancement, and implementation of key public sector structures, capabilities, systems, and processes, to enable better foresight and planning, performance appraisal, remuneration, policymaking, and public service delivery.
