Job title: Associate / Junior Growth Manager, Singapore

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and drive new business opportunities in CRM, digital transformation, and customer experience within BFSI, Travel & Hospitality, Retail and other verticals.
  • Engage with prospects to understand their business challenges and goals.
  • Manage parts of the business development processfrom lead generation to deal support to deal completion.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to prepare proposals and pitch materials.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipelines, client data and opportunity management in CRM software.
  • Support strategic growth initiatives in SEA, with a focus on Merkle's presence in Singapore.
  • Contribute to go-to-market strategies for emerging verticals and whitespace opportunities.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and client needs to inform growth plans.
  • Represent Merkle at industry events and networking opportunities as needed.

A Bit About You

  • 25 years of experience in B2B business development,growth strategy, or solution salesexperience in digital, CRM, SaaS, or consulting is a plus.
  • Demonstrated ability to support client engagements and contribute to winning opportunities.
  • Good commercial awareness and ability to communicate value propositions clearly.
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills, with a collaborative mindset.
  • Highly organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks.
  • Curious, entrepreneurial, and passionate about innovation and customer success.
