Job Responsibilities

  • Support ECM (Equity Capital Markets) transactions - including IPOs, secondary listings, rights issues, placements, general offers and delistings.
  • Support the end-to-end execution of mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures, especially in Southeast Asia with Singapore as a hub.
  • Coordinate with regional and global teams to deliver on cross-border deals involving Singapore equity markets.
  • Support financial, legal, and commercial due diligence performed for M&A and IPO listing transactions
  • Support the preparation of client pitch books and market update presentations for deal origination and fund raising.

Job Requirements

  • Relevant degree with excellent academic results from a reputable university
  • At least 1-2 years of investment banking or corporate finance experience.
  • Previous experience executing IPOs or ECM transactions is preferred
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills and business analysis
  • Strong knowledge of finance and accounting
  • Proven track record in deal execution, including managing various workstreams and coordinating with different stakeholders
  • Ability to perform well under pressure and produce deliverables in a timely manner
  • Independent and able to lead transactions with minimal supervision
