Job Description
- This is a key role to run a global function and focus on commodity based sales. You will structure, negotiate and close complex transactions, supporting deal teams with business partnering advice.
- You will work closely with trade teams, supporting real time trading and related support
- You will work on commercial matters across Trading, Shipping and Commodities (commercial transactions)
- You will create and execute strategic plans, mainly focused on getting products to market with maximized revenue and reduced risk
- You will also cover key compliance areas relating to transactions such as sanctions, disputes and the adoption of CofE development tools
Requirements
- 15 year +
- Background in leading transactions across complex commodity sales
- Exposure to trading and regulation
- Strong stakeholder management skills with up to date examples for cross-border / difficult / complex parties.
- Ability to manage local and regional / globally based team members.
- Ability to work in a large scale MNC environment.
Established in 2018 and with physical office locations in Hong Kong, Singapore and Europe.
