Our Client is a globally focused Investment firm (listed) with offices in the US, Europe, Middle-East and Asia.
Job Description
- Your role will be to lead the legal function across Asia, based out of the regional HQ in Singapore
- The role will be a mix of transaction support, commercial advice and compliance development
- You will support deal teams with on-going transaction support, across multiple asset classes and with a focus on Real Estate, Data Centers and Consumer Goods
- You will offer commercial guidance to senior leaders across the region, as well as forming part of the APAC steering committee
- You will ensure a Centre of Excellent is both rolled out and implemented across the business, ensuring regulation, policies and ethics are worked into all aspects of commercial work.
Requirements
- 14 - 22 PQE
- Singapore based but open on qualification
- Mix of law firm and In-House preferred
- Investment / Asset Management background and with exposure to at least one of the asset classes mentioned above
- Superb communication skills to handle stakeholders regionally, C-Suite and global leaders
