Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain tools (eg Excel, Python) to automate pricing, risk reporting and trade flows for the expansion of Tier 1 Fixed Income businesses.
• Improve desk efficiency by streamlining processes, reducing manual tasks and enhancing data accuracy.
• Prepare reports and dashboards for risk, P&L, product research and development and management review.
• Support traders in pricing,execution, and booking of credit products, including corporate bonds, MBS, CDS,Futures and etc.
• Track market movements, credit events, and new issuances provide timely market updates to the desk.
• Resolve issues related to Fixed Income execution (trade breaks, settlement failure etc).
• Ensure adherence to internal controls, risk limits, and regulatory requirements.
• Undertake special projects to support strategic product innovation and product development.
• Assist in inventory management by analyzing positions, liquidity and funding considerations.

Job Requirement:

• Advanced Excel VBA - Pivot Tables for pricing, risk tracking and reporting, Programming& data analysis (Python)
• Bachelor's degree in Economic, or a related field
• High attention to detail
• Strong problem solving mindset
• Strong ownership and accountability
