As the training arm of the Singapore Human Resources Institute (SHRI), SHRI Academy is dedicated to advancing HR and business capabilities through industry-relevant, practitioner-led programmes. Our courses are designed to equip professionals with practical HR skills aligned to Singapore's evolving workplace and regulatory landscape.

Your Role

As an Associate Facilitator, you will:

• Deliver high-quality, engaging training sessions (in-person and/or virtual)

• Facilitate adult learning using practical, real-world applications

• Adapt course materials to suit diverse learner profiles and organisational contexts

• Provide insights grounded in current industry practices and Singapore regulations

• Support continuous improvement of programme content and delivery

• Digital HR & HR Technology Strategy

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 8-10 years of relevant industry or consulting experience
• Strong facilitation, presentation, and communication skills
• Prior experience in adult learning, training, or coaching preferred
• ACTA/ACLP certification or equivalent (advantageous)
• Familiarity with Singapore employment legislation and HR best practices
• Ability to engage and manage diverse groups of professionals
