Associate Executive (ACP Surgery) (Contract)

The Associate Executive, Undergraduate Education, will provide administrative and operational support to Vice Chairman (Undergraduate), Surgery Programme Leads/ Coordinators, Department Education Representatives and Key Appointment Holders.

You will coordinate the medical students postings from the three local medical schools (Duke-NUS Medical School, NUS Yong Loo Lin School of Medicine and Lee Kong Chian School of Medicine), schedule and coordinate the required educational activities for each posting to ensure that the requirements of the medical postings are fulfilled.

You will perform liaison and coordination functions to ensure smooth information flow from the three medical schools and/or SGH Campus Education Office to all the Key Appointment Holder in Surgery Academic Clinical Programme.

You will also assist in the planning and organizing of undergraduate education events, programmes, activities, events, initiatives. And monitor budget utilisation against planned and provides timely update to the supervisor.

The Associate Executive will provide secretarial and administrative support for meetings and events under both Surgery Academic Clinical Programme and Division of Surgery and Surgical Oncology.

Job requirements:

• Diploma holder with 2 years experience or A Level with 8 years experience
• Proficient in Microsoft Office e.g. MS-Word, MS-Excel, MS-PowerPoint, etc.
• Positive attitude, good team player and able to work independently
