The Associate Executive provides administrative support to the education office in the Division of Medicine. Key responsibilities include:
- Faculty Appointment - managing the appointment and promotion process of faculty members and keeping record of their involvement, updating the various databases where applicable.
- Event support - assist in planning and organising events such as conferences, forums and other educational events in the Division and/or Departments.
- Publicity support - assist in updating of internet and intranet pages to improve communication efficiency.
Job requirements:
- Diploma holder
- Work experience in healthcare and/or education industry will be an added advantage
- Good interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Positive work attitude, Independent and organised worker
