Key Responsibilities:
- Perform equipment setup, calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure high production yield and reliability.
- Conduct preventive maintenance (PM) and ensure compliance with equipment maintenance schedules.
- Work closely with process engineers and technicians to resolve equipment-related issues in a timely manner.
- Support equipment upgrades, tool installations, and continuous improvement projects.
- Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
- Ensure all work follows safety, quality, and cleanroom standards.
- Participate in shift operations and provide support during equipment downtime or emergency situations.
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related Engineering disciplines.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance preferred
- Willing to work on rotating shifts (day/night).
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent teamwork, communication, and commitment to quality and safety.
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude toward problem-solving.
