The client is a provider of test and assembly services for a wide range of semiconductor devices, including memory, mixed-signal/RF and logic integrated circuits. Below position is open urgently.
Position: Associate Engineer (Wafer Bumping - Equipment)
Venue: North-East
Working Hours: 12 hours rotating shift
Responsibilities:
- Perform Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) to up keep the health of the system
- Support automated system stoppages and repairs
- Machines minor troubleshooting
- Machines recovery when alarm happened
- Chemical top up
- Perform machines conversion
- Upkeep preventive maintenance record and history
- Comply to safety requirement for all activities involving chemical and mechanical procedure
- Fulfill MES and daily passdown information update
- Keep records of defective final product
- Take initiative to seek opportunity for improvement and implement corrective action.
Requirements:
- Diploma/ NITEC in Electronics/Electrical/Mechatronics Engineering
- At least 1 year working experience in semiconductor industry
- Able to perform 12-hour rotating shift
- Possess problem solving skills
