Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for combination of process and equipment engineering supporting production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release Typically performs one or more of the following in capacity of either an individual contributor (as directed and/or independently), or as a manager:
  • Support production ramp by process qualification, productivity improvement and tool release
  • Create, analyze and review technical charts and data (such as SPC/DOE/split lot/Space/Si-view/JMP/Klarity)
  • Perform process matching between equipment to reduce variations for better tool matching
  • Identify chronic issues, establish improvement programs/procedures for resolution
  • Work with cross function teams to address yield improvement, excursions and best practices across fabs
  • Drive CIP (Continuous improvement plans) to improve performance indices and optimize productivity Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements
  • Work and collaborate other projects and/or assignments as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field

  • 1-3 years of experience in a similar engineering role, preferably in the manufacturing or semiconductor industry

  • Proficient in the use of engineering tools and equipment, including PLC programming, electrical troubleshooting, and schematic interpretation

  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with the ability to think critically

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to liaise with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
